Appetizing soup with meatballs


Potatoes — 500 g
Minced meat (I used beef) — 300 g
Onion — 150 g
Carrots — 150 g
Small vermicelli — 50-100 g
Manka — 2 tbsp. L.
Bay leaf — 2 pcs.
Half-baked parsley


1. Mince salt, pepper, add a mango, mix well.
2. Form in the hands of small tight balls, the size of a little less than a walnut (I got 25 pieces).
3. Peel the onion and finely chop it.
4. Peel carrots, grate on a large grater.
5. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes.
6. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil.
7. Dip the potatoes into the water.
8. Add the onion.
9. Add the carrots.
10. Bring to a boil, add salt, pepper, add bay leaf.
11. Lower the meatballs one by one into the boiling soup.
12. Cook for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs.
13. Add vermicelli, cook for 5 minutes (or as indicated on the package with vermicelli).
14. Add finely chopped parsley, turn off the fire.
