Apple mousse


Apples — 100 grams
water — 150 milliliters
gelatine — 2 grams


1. Peeled apple on a small grater. Peel and pith we pour boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Next decoction broth, boil, add pre-soaked in cold boiled water gelatin and stir. We will connect with the grated apple and we will take a mixer in a magnificent mass. We will cut into molds and put in the refrigerator.
