Apple pancakes

I make such fritters for the child constantly, especially in the season of apples.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4-6


● 3-4 medium sized apples
● 1 egg
● 2-3 tbsp. Spoons of sugar
● a pinch of salt
● flour


1. Peel apples from the core and skin. Rub on a large grater.
2. Add the egg and sugar, mix. Gradually add flour, so that the dough becomes thick as usual pancakes (roughly a glass, but this depends on the juiciness of the apples).
3. Spread a spoon on the heated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil.
