I offer the simplest and delicious recipe for apple pie, and a hearty pie. Make sure the recipe is very simple to prepare and does not take much of your precious time.

4 tablespoons Sahara
300-400 g of flour

1. Milk slightly warmed, add the yeast and sugar, mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes until the yeast begins to wander.

2. Eggs to beat with a fork, add softened butter, yeast and gradually adding flour to knead the dough. From the dough, form a ball and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

3. At this time, you can prepare the filling. Peel apples and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan melt the creamy little, add apples and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the sugar, stir and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

4. Divide the dough into three parts. From 2/3 of the test roll out the circle, lay it on the bottom of the oiled form, forming the sides with a height of approx. 3 cm. Put the filling on the dough.
