Aza in Tatar

To cook aza in Tatar, take half a kilogram of meat, one or two onions, one or two cucumbers (marinated), six to eight potatoes, one or two cloves of garlic, a couple of tablespoons of ketchup or tomato sauce, salt, bay leaf and pepper .

We begin to prepare aza. We wash meat, cut it into strips, fry it a little in a frying pan with heated oil.

Add the onions cut into half-rings, continue to fry until the onion is soft. Now we can add tomato paste, finely chopped or grated cucumber, a little broth or water, continue to put everything out until the meat is ready.

Fry in a separate frying pan potatoes, cut into strips. When the potatoes are almost cooked, we transfer it to a meat bowl, add pepper, salt, chopped or crushed garlic and bay leaf.

Gently mix and continue to extinguish meat with potatoes until they are ready.
