Bacon hot sauce home


Water — 1 l
Pork lard with layers of meat — 1 kg
Onion husks — 3 handfuls
Bay leaf — 2 pcs.
Garlic — 7 teeth
Salt — 200 g
Sugar — 2 tbsp. L.
Black pepper — to taste


1.Choose water in the container, add sugar, salt, bay leaf, onion husks and cook. Onion husks can be added and more. When the water boils, put in it washed lard — let it boil for another 20-30 minutes.

2. Remove the fat from the fire and leave it for 8-10 hours soaked with decoction. Then pull the fat from the brine and dry it. While the fat dries from the liquid, cut the garlic with thin plates, then mixed with ground black pepper. Remove the dried fat in the resulting mixture, wrap it in foil and put it overnight in the freezer.
