Bagels on yogurt

Delicate soft taste is simply stunning.

Ingredients for the dough:
— 600 g of flour
— 60 g of sugar
— 0.5 teaspoon of salt
— 25 g yeast
— 200 g of kefir
— 50 g of milk
— 75 g of butter
— 2 eggs

For soothing:
— 2 yolks
— 2 tablespoons of milk
— sesame
— poppy

We mix all the products. We heat the oil, heat the milk.
We put the dough to fit.
When appropriate, rolls out the dough, but not very thinly. We cut triangles. We tighten the bagels.
We put it on a baking tray and let it come. Whisk the yolks with milk and cover well on all sides with bagels.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
