Baked cauliflower with tomatoes

Ingredients:

300 g cauliflower,
2-3 tomatoes,
100g sour cream 10%,
50g of cheese,
1 boiled egg,
salt pepper.

Preparation:

Boil the cabbage in salted water. With tomatoes peeled off, finely chopped, grate cheese on a fine grater, mix, add chopped egg and sour cream, salt, pepper.
Put in the baking dish cauliflower, pour the sour cream with cheese and tomatoes. Bake in the oven at 150g. 10-15 min.
