— 4 chicken breasts (from the calculation one — per serving),
— eggs — 2 pcs.
— ground black pepper,
— salt, crushed biscuits and peanuts.


Filet pepper and salt — to taste. In one plate whip two eggs, in the other mix peanuts and biscuits. It is not necessary to use peanuts — for example, I have a mixture of walnuts and pistachios.
First, dip the fillet into the egg «claret», then gently and carefully breaded in breadcrumbs and nuts.

We grease the mold with oil.
Gently roll the filet in the form of a roll.

The oven is warmed up to 230 degrees and bake chicken in it for 20 minutes.
