Salmon — 100 g
Broccoli cabbage — 100 g
Lemon juice to taste
Cheese hard — 1 tablespoon
Milk — 1,5 tablespoons
Cream — 1,5 teaspoons (optional)
Egg chicken — ½ pcs
Walnut nutmeg — pinch


1. Cut the salmon fillets into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Leave for 30 minutes, pour hot water and allow to boil for 10 minutes.

2. Pour the broccoli with hot water, add salt, cook for 10 minutes.

3. Whip cream with milk, cheese and eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4. In the form of layers of vegetables and fish, pour the creamy mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 220 ° C.
