Banana fritters (Cooking at home)

Ingredients:

Bananas 2-3 pieces for pancakes, 1 pc. for sauce
2 eggs
a glass of kefir or curdled milk
1/2 tsp. slaked soda
flour
salt and sugar to taste
sour cream, honey for sauce
nuts for decoration

Preparation:

Grind two or three very ripe bananas, add two eggs to the mass, a glass of kefir (you can get curdled milk), half a teaspoon of hydrated soda, sugar and salt to taste.

Pour in flour — so much to make the dough thick. Fry over medium heat.
Finished pancakes can be poured with a special banana sauce: rub a banana with sour cream and add liquid honey. Decorate with nuts.
