Banana-vanilla pudding-custard

How to cook a banana-vanilla pudding-custard?


4 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons water
1 banana
4 eggs
500 ml of milk
3 tablespoons honey
1 vanilla pod


Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the water and add sugar, stir and allow to boil until the mixture is caramelized. Pour this mixture between the kremanki and put the «coins» of the banana.
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat milk with honey. Seeds of vanilla from the pod also add to the milk. There, for the time being, throw the pod itself. Stir and turn off the fire.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and gradually pour in the milk mixture. Beat well, so that the eggs do not curl.
Strain the mixture and pour into molds. close all the food film. Place a large pot or pan on medium heat. Put all the molds on the bottom and pour water into the pan.

Cook for about 20 minutes, but do not bring in any way to a boil.
Take the molds out of the pan and lightly cool. Put in the refrigerator.

Get the pudding from the molds and serve.
