A simple recipe for excellent snacks for all occasions — a spicy spicy chicken! We look and write down the recipe for cooking basturma from a chicken in the oven.

Chicken Breast — 800 Grams
Water — 3 Cups
Peppercorns — 1 Teaspoon

Bay leaf — 2-3 pieces
Honey — 2 Art. Spoons
Olive oil — 2 items. Spoons
Soy sauce — 1 st. a spoon
Paprika — 1 st. a spoon
Garlic — 2-3 teeth

How to cook «Basturma from a chicken in the oven»
Chicken breasts need to be washed and divided into half-breast.

Pour water into the container, add salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf. Put chicken breasts in a marinade, cover with a food film and refrigerate for 24 hours.

The next day the meat should be pulled out of the marinade, rinsed well under running water and dried with a napkin. Prepare the icing from honey, olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, pepper and garlic.

Breast well glaze and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Fold the breasts in rolls, tightly tie a string and put into the refrigerator for the night.

Heat the oven to 160 degrees. Bake can be in the form or on a baking sheet, covered with foil. Put the meat in the oven for 1 hour. After 40 minutes from the beginning of baking, increase the temperature to 180 degrees, remove the meat from the oven and grease it with accumulated juice. Then remove the prepared meat from the oven, allow it to cool.

Ready chicken basturma in the oven before serving thinly chopped and cooled. Bon Appetit!
