Bean salad with mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

● red kidney beans 1 b;
● green beans frosted beans 300 g;
● garlic 2-3 slices;
● mushrooms champignons fresh 300 g;
● oil for roasting;
● greenery for decoration;
● salt to taste.

PREPARATION:

For this salad you can use dry red beans. In advance, it is soaked in cold water for several hours, then cook until ready. If you take ready-made canned beans, then you need to drain the liquid, and wash the beans in a colander from the mucus. Champignons cut with thin plates and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Put the red bean in the salad bowl, add the mushrooms and salt to taste, squeeze out the garlic.

String the beans in a frying pan for a few minutes, add to the salad. All mix and serve in a warm form. In principle, a salad with beans and champignons is good both in cold and in warm form. However, in a warm state, the taste of all the ingredients is revealed more fully.
