Boiled sausage in a mug


● 500 g chicken fillet
400 g milk
● 1 egg
● 2 tbsp. L. Starch
● 6 cloves of garlic
● 2 tsp. Salt
● 1/2 tsp. Sahara
● 1/3 tsp. Black pepper
● 1/3 tsp. Coriander
● 1/3 tsp. Cardamom
● 1/3 tsp. Nutmeg


Cut the fillets and grind them in a blender to the state of the paste. You can pour milk on the parts. Sprinkle spices, salt, sugar, starch. Add the egg and chopped garlic. Mix everything. You will get a homogeneous mass of almost white color. Cooked sausage in a mug: a recipe for those who appreciate home cooking.

Oil butter mugs and fill them with minced meat for 4/5 of the volume. Thoroughly wrap the mug with food film. Fill a large pot with water. On the bottom you can put a tissue. In mildly heated water, place mugs with meat mass.

The water should be about half a mug. Bring to a boil and cook for another 40 minutes. When the mugs are cool, shake out the sausage. Do not be afraid to experiment! In the mass you can add cheese, greens, olives, mushrooms.
