Buckwheat with mushrooms and onions at home

Ingredients:

500 grams of champignons
2 cups buckwheat
1 onion
olive oil
1 tsp. Salt

Preparation:

Finely chop the onions. Wash and cut the champignons.
Lubricate the frying pan with oil, fry the onions.
In a separate frying pan place the mushrooms and put them on the stove. Mushrooms must be emitted a lot of liquid. Cook until it evaporates.
Add a little oil to the mushrooms, cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer mushrooms into a pan with onions.
Place the buckwheat in a saucepan, pour 4 cups of water and salt.
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and onions, mix.
