Bulgur with tomato


1 packing of bulgur
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of butter
2 hot green peppers (yeşil sivri biber) or 1 sweet pepper
1 onion
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
Salt to taste

Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and peppers into small cubes. Onion to fry until golden brown.

Pepper and tomatoes to add to the onion, slightly fry, also add tomato paste, salt and stoke another 5 minutes. Add a well washed bulgur.

All this mixture pour hot water or beef boules — about 3 cups (that the water was one finger above bulgur). Stir, close the lid and leave to boil water over low heat.

After cooking, give a little brew and you can serve.
