Buns with strawberries


200 ml. Warm milk
1 teaspoon with a hill of dry yeast (I use active «Pakmai»)
40 gr. Butter
1 PC. egg
3 tbsp. Spoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoons of salt
2 tbsp. Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2.5-3 cups of flour (a glass of 250 ml.)


300 gr. Strawberries
Egg for the lubrication of rolls
Powdered sugar for sprinkling


Strawberry defrost.
In warm milk, dilute yeast thoroughly and 1 teaspoon of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of flour, stir, make a liquid spoon, cover and put in a warm place for 15 minutes. This is done so that the yeast «come to life.»

At this time, make a «muffin»: melt the butter, pour it into a bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and egg, all lightly grind with a fork.

Put half a glass of sifted flour into the pan, add the mixture, pour in the baking, stir it, pour in the gradually sifted flour, knead the dough, smooth and soft, do not interrupt the flour much.

Dough put in a bowl, cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour, or more, so that it increased by 2 times.

Approached the dough to mash, divide into 8-10 equal parts.
The oven should be turned on 180 degrees, cover the parchment with parchment, and grease it with butter.

To roll a cake, on the sides make cuts like in the photo, not to the end.

In the middle, put a little strawberries, sprinkle sugar on top.

Cut one end of the cut into the opposite.

And the other on the other side.

Stack ready buns on a baking tray at a short distance from each other.

Lubricate the buns in an egg, immediately put in a warm oven.
Bake until golden brown.
Sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar.
