Burito with ham and mozzarella

Ingredients:

1 pack of tortillas tortillas
400gr. Ham
2 onions
0.5 cans of corn
1 red bell pepper
2-3 tomatoes (from a can in its own juice or 2 tbsp tomato paste, diluted 2 tbsp water)
0.2kg. Cheese mozzarella
Salt, black pepper, chili pepper ground
Parsley
1 egg
2 tablespoons Milk

Preparation:

Finely chop the onions and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. HAM very finely chop and add to onions. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into small cubes. Add corn and Bulgarian pepper to the frying pan. Fry a couple of minutes without a lid, then a couple of minutes under the lid. Add the previously cut tomatoes (you can with a small amount of juice) and put it out a little under the lid. Salt, bother. Add chili, extinguish everything without a lid a little so that excess liquid evaporates, remove from the plate.
Make an omelette:
Whisk the egg, a little salt and add the milk, whisk again. Pour into a heated frying pan, lightly oiled, cover with a lid. Minutes after 3 slightly open the lid, check the preparedness of the omelette.
Cut in half.
Put the grill (with stripes) on the fire above the average (7 out of 9), smear quite a bit with vegetable oil (brush).
Take a tortilla, put half an omelet on one side (you can add finely chopped Chinese cabbage), put 3-4 tablespoons on it. A mixture of ham and vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley and mozzarella. Fold the cake in half and fry from 2 sides in a heated frying pan until the stripes appear on the cake.
