Caesar salad with chicken


250-300 gr. chicken fillet
10-12 pcs. cherry tomatoes
a bunch of lettuce (ideally Romaine)
vegetable oil for frying

For garlic croutons:

4-5 slices of bread for toast or white loaf
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic

For sauce:

2 yolks
juice of half a lemon
100 gr. olive oil
dry herbs
2 tsp. granular mustard
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese


1.To start we’ll do garlic breadcrumbs. 2. You can prepare them in two ways: fry in oil in a frying pan or bake in the oven. In addition, we need to give them a light garlic flavor. For this you need:
in a small bowl pour 2 tablespoons. olive oil

Garlic cloves cut into thin plates and slightly discarded with the back side of the knife
Garlic is put in butter and put for half a minute in a microwave oven
bread cut into cubes and spread on a foil-lined baking sheet
Sprinkle with hot garlic butter and mix
send to a preheated oven and bake until a beautiful golden hue

3. Sukhariki, fried in this way, do not burn, get crispy, not greasy, have a light garlic taste.

4. The next component of the salad is chicken meat. At this step, everything is extremely simple: chicken fillet cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until a ruddy crust.

Cherry tomatoes cut into halves and add to salad
