This cake I really, really liked)) Very soft cake, a gentle cream, a good impregnation .. Everything is just fine. I think that the combination of sweet and sour will satisfy everyone. It is worth to cook.

Prepare it))
Cream:
Egg — 2 pcs.
Flour — 1,5 stack.
Sugar — 0,5 stack;
Milk condensed — 0.5 ban
Sour cream 200 g
Soda (to extinguish) — 1 tsp.
Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp.

Cream:
Egg — 1 pc.
Flour 1 tbsp. With a slide
Sugar — 3 tablespoons;

Butter — 200 g

For decoration and impregnation:
Cherries (frozen) — 300 g
Liquor (amaretto, you can brandy) — 3 tbsp. L.

Cooking:
For the dough mix eggs in a combine (or a mixer), sugar,. Cocoa powder and a teaspoon of soda (extinguished with vinegar or lemon juice).
Add flour, sour cream and half a can of condensed milk. The dough will be liquid
Pour the dough into a baking sheet lined with baking paper (we take into account that the dough rises to a height of 2-3 cm). Stove at 180 degrees. About 20 minutes (a stuck match should come out dry).
Cream:

For the cream, we mix the egg, the tablespoon with the top of the flour, sugar and a glass of milk. We put on the fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, cook on a slow fire until thick. Cool.
Whisk butter with a mixer at a slow speed.
Add the cooled cream, whisk each time until smooth. Then pour the remaining condensed milk (half a can), whisk slowly, and then another two to three minutes at maximum speed to get a light, airy cream.
We collect the cake:

We will defrost the cherry, mix the juice with amaretto (or cognac, or something else — to taste) and use it to impregnate the cake.

Cut the cake into 3 parts, cut one by squares.
We put cakes on a plate, soak it with a mixture of juice and amaretto, then — cream and cherry.
The next cake, pour with cream, lay cherries, then slices of chopped cake, again cream and cherry. Pour cake frosting)

*Glaze

6 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of hot (!) Milk
50 gr. Oil.

To get a good icing, you must always observe the proportions. All this is mixed and put on the stove all the time stirring. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. The main thing that melted sugar. We remove it from the plate, wait a minute or two and it’s ready.
