Cake New Year’s Hedgehog

Ingredients:

For the test:

Eggs — 2 pieces.
Butter — 200 g
Sugar sand — 1 tbsp. a spoon
Soda — 1/4 tsp.
Flour — 4 glasses (approximately)

For cream:

Condensed milk (boiled) — 1 jar
Butter — 50 gr.

For glaze:

Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp. Spoons
Sugar — 4 tbsp. Spoons
Water — 6 tbsp. Spoons
Butter — 2 tsp.

Cooking New Year’s Hedgehog:

DOUGH:

Melt the butter, beat the eggs with sugar, combine, add soda and flour, knead the dough. Divide it into balls and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then pass through a meat grinder and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. (If there is no meat grinder, then the dough can be grated on a large grater)

CREAM:

Mix the whipped cream and butter in a homogeneous mass with a mixer.

GLAZE:

Mix cocoa powder, sugar and hot water. Put the saucepan on a fire, and with gentle gradual heating, bring the mixture to uniformity, and then to thicken. It is usually enough to bring to a boil.
Add the butter, stir and the glaze is ready.

Combine the baked dough and cream. Form a hedgehog from the test, pour it with chocolate glaze, decorate with seeds (eyes and nose — hazelnut) and put it in the refrigerator for the night.
