Cake «Ryzhik», cooked in a multivark

Ingredients:

for the cake:
5 eggs;
Art. Sahara;
6 tbsp. l. honey;
ch. soda;
2 tbsp. flour;
vanilla sugar.
for cream:
2 tbsp. l. flour;
2 eggs;
Art. l. butter;
2 tbsp. milk;
some chocolate;
Art. Sahara.

Preparation:

To start with honey add soda, stir. We put the ready mass of fire, stir all the time. Weight should increase in size and darken to caramel color.

Separately beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar. Then carefully add the honey mixture and mix everything.

Bake in the multivark for about an hour with the «Baking» mode turned on.
While preparing the cake we prepare the milk cream. To do this, mix the eggs with flour. Separately put milk on a small fire and dissolve sugar in it. Hot sweet milk is poured into the egg mixture, all very quickly mixed. We put the mass on the smallest fire and bring it to the necessary density.

Ready cake is divided into four parts and each is lubricated with milk cream.

The surface of the cake is also greased with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
