INGREDIENTS

kefir 1 tbsp.
Jam 1 tbsp.
eggs of chicken 2 pcs.
soda 1 tbsp. l.
flour 2.5 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp.
sour cream 500 g

COOKING PROCESS

Soft, fast and delicious cake from your favorite jam!

To make a cake you can use any jam or just freshly frozen berries (1 item). I used raspberries.

First you need to beat eggs with sugar, add jam, kefir.

Mix well.

Then add flour and soda (the dough should not turn very thick and not liquid).

After adding soda, the dough will foam and change color.

Mix well and divide into 2 parts. Bake every 20 minutes at 180-210 degrees.

For cream sour cream is combined with sugar, mix well and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ready biscuit cut into 2-3 cakes and soak with sour cream.

Decorate at will. I covered it with chocolate. For its preparation, melted the chocolate bar in a water bath and added a little fat cream (33%).
