Preparation of Samsa:

He warmed the margarine at room temperature to the consistency of thick sour cream. Add 1 egg, salt, slaked soda, all to shake.
Add alternately sour cream (or kefir), flour. Quickly knead the dough. If the dough is liquid add flour, but so that it does not turn out to be steep. The dough should gently stick to your hands and be soft.

We put the test in the form of a loaf and send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Then we take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out and cut it into equal pieces into the middle, put the meat in, and sculpt the triangles, flatten, lubricate the beaten egg.

We send it to a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
