It’s not a casserole, it’s just a chocolate bomb! When I was speckling, the first thing I thought was «so great when we eat it …» But after trying the first piece, I realized that she did not have to live long)))


For white dough:

● cottage cheese — 400 gr.
● sour cream — 6 tablespoons.
● sugar — 4 tbsp
● Eggs — 2 pcs.
● flour — 2 tbsp.
● vanilla sugar — 1 pt. (8 g.)

For chocolate dough:

● dark chocolate — 200 gr.
● Butter — 200 gr.
● Eggs — 5 pcs.
● sugar — 5 tbsp.
● flour — 5 tbsp.
● vanilla sugar — 1 pt (8 g)

Preparation of casserole Marble with cottage cheese and chocolate:

Beat cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar, eggs and flour until smooth.

Separately, in another bowl, melt the chocolate with butter on a water bath and cool.

Eggs beat up with vanilla and plain sugar and mixed with chocolate and butter. Add flour to this mixture and mix it thoroughly. I whipped with a mixer. It turned out chocolate dough.

Then we lubricate the form with oil (I have a round 24 cm).
We spread in it at first a chocolate mass, top-curd.
Use a wooden stick to make the stains.

Bake in a heated to 180 g. Oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
