Casserole with cottage cheese and apples in a multivariate

Easy and useful dinner for the whole family. According to this recipe, the casserole is not very sweet, so if there are sweet children in your house, it is better to pour the pastry with honey, condensed milk or jam.

For 4 servings you will need:
— several apples (2 large or 3 smaller ones),
— 200-250 g of cottage cheese, it is better to take low-fat,
— 2 chicken eggs,
— 3 teaspoons of sugar,
— a little lemon zest + lemon juice,
— slightly less than half a multistage of semolina,
— 0.5 teaspoons of soda,
— cinnamon — if desired.

Preparation:
1. Separate yolks from proteins. Put the squirrels immediately in a bowl of a mixer. Yolks are rubbed together with sugar and lemon zest. This can be done with your hands, using a fork or a halo.
2. Add to the yolks cottage cheese, and then — semolina and soda. Soda should be extinguished cottage cheese, but you can hedge by extinguishing it with lemon juice.
3. Protein with 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice (can be less) whipped in foam. Here you can also add a little salt — literally at the tip of the knife. By the way, whisk should be carefully chilled proteins, so that for cooking eggs should be taken only from the refrigerator, where they lay for at least a few hours, or better — the night.
4. Mix the protein and yolk masses, mix them well so that they create a uniform dough.
5. Transfer the dough into the bowl of the multivarker, level it. Teflon bowl can be dry at the same time, but you need to lubricate the steel with butter, or put a circle of parchment paper under the dough.
6. Clean the apples from the cores, or, better, from the skins. Cut into small pieces.
7. Put the apples over the dough. If you want, you can sprinkle apples with cinnamon. Also they can be sprinkled with sugar — this will give the casserole sweets.
8. Bake cottage cheese casserole on the program «Baking» from 25 to 35 minutes. With fast baking, you get white and delicate pastries. If it is still moist after cooking (this can be checked by piercing a casserole with a match), it can be kept for an additional 15 minutes on heating. But such a delicate little thing is perfect for children. And with longer baking turns a brown crust (as in the photo).

Ready casserole is easily removed from the multivark, even hot.
