Casserole with minced meat and potatoes


Beef mince — 500 g
Potatoes — 1 kg
Egg — 1 pc.
Milk — 250 ml
Butter — 100 g
Onion — 1 pc.
Cheese — 50 g
Salt, pepper — to taste


1. Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. Drain the water, add 50 g of butter and grind it in a mash.
2. Preheat the milk and add in the mashed potatoes. Stir until homogeneous.
3. Peel and finely chop onions. Fry until golden in butter.
4. Add minced meat and fry until cooked, stirring constantly and smashing lumps. Salt and transfer to a large bowl.
5. When minced slightly cool, beat the egg and mix well.
6. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Lay out the mince, top with mashed potatoes.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, get out, sprinkle with grated cheese and put into the oven for another 5 minutes.
