Chast Chicken Pasta

Ingredients :

— Fillet of chicken breast — 2 pcs. On 250 gr.
— Spices to taste
— salt
— garlic
— vegetable oil.

Preparation:

Combine your favorite spices (I have ground coriander, a mixture of peppers, hops-suneli, ground paprika), salt, garlic through garlic and vegetable oil.

Chicken breast fillet is well lubricated with the mixture and leave for 30 minutes, and it can be longer. Meanwhile, the oven warms up to 250 ° C.

On the baking tray covered with foil, lay the breast (I put together 2 pieces) and for 12 minutes in the oven at the same temperature (if the breast is bigger, then 15 minutes — no more). To overdo it is not necessary, otherwise the meat will turn out to be dry.
Turn off the oven, DO NOT OPEN the door for 4 hours!

I did it in the evening and in the morning was ready a wonderful pastor. Fast, easy and simple.
