Cheese cake from Armenian lavash



— packing of Armenian lavash
— 1 egg
— 70 ml of milk
— 500 g of cheese, the usual Russian cheese


Grate the cheese on a large grater.
Egg with milk and whisk and add to cheese, mix.
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil and spread on it 1 layer of pita bread.
Pour lavash with cheese and put the next layer of pita bread, it turns out roughly somewhere 5 layers.
The last layer should end with lavash, grease the top layer with butter.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
