Cheese sauce for pasta

Ingredients:

Flour — 2 tbsp. l.
Milk — 1 glass
Butter — 50 g
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese (can be two kinds) — 200 g
Caraway
Basil

Preparation:

Warm up the vegetable oil, add flour to it, fry it until golden, slowly pour a glass of milk, stirring, bring to a boil, add the grated cheese, stirring. Add seasonings, soft butter (it must be obtained in advance from the refrigerator), mix. Serve hot, fill the pasta or you can put out the pasta in the sauce for a couple of minutes.
