Cheese soup with rice


● Chicken fillet — 500 g
● Cream cheese — 400 g
● Rice — 150 g
● Potatoes — 400 g
● Carrots — 150 g
● Onion — 150 g
● Salt, pepper — to taste
● Greenery — to taste


1. Chicken fillet pour 3 liters of water, salt, pepper and cook until done, about 20 minutes after boiling. When the fillet is ready, it must be removed.

2. Fill the boiling broth with rice, cook for 10 minutes. Finely chop onion. Grate carrots on a small grater.

3. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes or cubes. Cut the meat into small pieces.

4. Add the potatoes to the broth. Add onions and carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add the meat, cook until the potatoes are ready. Add cheese, mix well and remove from heat. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
