Cherry Ice Cream with Chocolate

How to cook cherry ice cream with chocolate?


Milk 300 milliliters
Yolk egg 3 pieces
Sugar 150 grams
Cherry 400 grams
Cream 20% 140 ml
Sour cream home 200 grams
Chocolate 100 grams


1. Heat the milk in a saucepan, slightly to a boil. Set aside and cool for several minutes.

2. Put the yolks and sugar in a bowl and beat in a lush foam. Gradually add the cooled milk. Rinse the pan, return to the fire and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring until the mixture thickens. Set aside and allow to cool completely.

3. Put cherry-free cherries in a pot of water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Beat the cherries in a blender or food processor and set aside.

4. Mix the puree with egg cream, add the cream and sour cream, pour into a container for freezer. Frozen for 1-2 hours, then beat. Return to the freezer.

5. When it is half-frozen again, beat up and add the chocolate (grated on a large grater or broken into small pieces). Return to the freezer and leave to harden, preferably at night. Transfer to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
