Cherry Pie Delight

— 3 eggs
— 150 g of sugar
— 150 g of flour

— 250 g of cream 33-35%
— 250 g mascarpone cheese
— 150 g of sugar

— compote of cherry or sweet cherry
— 100 g of chocolate

Eggs beat up with sugar (whisk for 5-7 minutes). Add flour, knead is not a thick dough.

Dough put in a greased form.
Put the oven in a preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Baked cake a little soak with cherry compote.
Put on the cherry cake (remove the bones).

Prepare the cream.
To do this, whip the cream with sugar.
Add mascarpone, stir.

Put the cream on the cherry.
Chocolate grate on a fine grater. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate.
Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
