Chic pie with cheese and sausages

Hello ! Now it’s time to share a recipe for a pie with cheese and sausages. It would seem that it was not an intricate, simple dish, but you do not need to hurry, it was not there. Just follow the recipe and you will understand why I say so. Here you need the skill and consistency of adding food to this plush dish.
And so we proceed.


— 250 ml of kefir
— 150 g of flour
— 2 eggs
— 200 g of cheese
— 200 g sausages (or sausages)
— 1 teaspoon baking powder
— salt


1. Grate cheese on a large grater. Sausages cut into thin slices.

2. Eggs, kefir, 1/3 of a teaspoon of salt mixed until homogeneous. Add the baking powder and flour, stir so that there are no lumps.

3. Add cheese and sausages, stir. Put the dough in a greased form (I have a 25×25 cm shape).
Put the oven in a preheated oven. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Done.

The pie is most delicious in warm form, although it is also quite good in the cold.
