Chicken bombs


500 g of chicken fillet,
300 g of any mushrooms (we have champignons),
70 g of cheese,
3 tbsp. Tablespoons of cream,
1 onion,
Salt, pepper to taste.
Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil with chopped onions, at the end salt and pepper.

To mushrooms add the grated cheese and cream, mix.

Chicken fillet to beat, salt, pepper. In the center put the mushroom stuffing, roll up, giving the form of a «bomb», if necessary, pin with toothpicks. Screw in foil (pre-lubricate with foil vegetable oil).

Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and allow the bombs to brown for another 5-10 minutes.
