Chicken breasts in French


chicken fillet — 500 g
cheese — 100 g
sour cream — 4 tbsp. spoons
mayonnaise — 4 tbsp. spoons
champignons — 200 g
onions — 1 pc.
cream — 100 g
salt, pepper — to taste
butter — for frying


The recipe for cooking chicken breasts in French is very simple: cut the breasts along, beat off, salt, pepper, pour the cream and put in a cold place.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry with onions in butter.
Put the breasts on a small baking sheet, top with mushrooms and onions and pour a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
