Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 500 g
Cheese — 100 g
Sour cream — 4 tbsp. Spoons
Mayonnaise — 4 tbsp. Spoons
Champignons — 200 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Cream — 100 g
Salt, pepper — to taste
Butter — for frying

Preparation:

1. The recipe for cooking chicken breasts in French is simple: cut the breasts along, beat off, salt, pepper, pour the cream and put in a cold place.

2. Cut the champignons and fry with onions in butter.

3. Put the breasts on a small baking sheet, top with mushrooms and onions and pour a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.

4. Sprinkle all the grated cheese and bake in an oven, heated to 180 ° C, for 20-25 minutes.
