Chicken chops with pineapple


1kg of chicken fillet
1 can of canned pineapple rings
200g of hard cheese
2 eggs
Black ground pepper, salt to taste


1. Wash the fillets, cut into thin plates, lightly beat off, salt, sprinkle with black pepper.

2. Beat the eggs a little.

3. Chop the dipped into an egg, fry in a frying pan with non-stick coating on both sides until cooked. After turning over to the second side — cover.

4. On the chops lay on the pineapple ring or its half — depending on the size of the chop.

5. Sprinkle top with grated cheese on a large grater.
6. Put in a well-heated oven before melting the cheese.
