Chicken cutlets with cheese

Cutlets from the chicken breast is no surprise. But if you make them according to this recipe, then you will get a beautiful, festive and very tasty dish. And they prepare easily and simply. I make these whole loaves immediately whole leaf, because the next day with them you can make sandwiches, adding a leaf of salad and a slice of salted cucumber.

Ingredients:

500 g minced chicken breast
4 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream
1 onion, grated
50 ml of milk
Salt pepper
50 g of mayonnaise
200 gr grated mozzarella cheese (or whatever you like)

Preheat the oven to 180C.

In the cup, mix all the ingredients, except cheese and mayonnaise and leave the minutes for 5, so that the rusks swell and take on excess moisture.

The baking sheet is lubricated with oil (you can cover the sheet with foil and oil it with oil). We make cutlets the size of a tablespoon and lay out on a sheet.

We take a cellophane bag, into the corner of which we put mayonnaise and cut it, like a confectionery bag. Squeeze a little sauce on the surface of each cutlet and put a teaspoon of grated cheese. We put it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. At the end, you can switch the oven to the grill for 1-2 minutes to make the cheese golden.
