Chicken cutlets with cottage cheese

Minced meat from chicken fillet — 0,8-1 kg;
200 gr. Cottage cheese up to 5%;
1 small zucchini (i.e., up to 15-17 cm);
1 egg;
3 cloves garlic;
Salt, freshly ground black pepper.

We cook chicken cutlets with cottage cheese:

Squash grate on a fine grater, squeeze out excess liquid, chop the garlic very finely with a knife. Mix all the ingredients.
You can add finely chopped fresh herbs.

Wet your hands with cold water, form cutlets round and slightly flattened. Fry in a well-heated frying pan without oil on fire more than medium until golden brown, then reduce the heat, close the lid and bring to the ready for 5 minutes. You can cook steamed without frying.
