Chicken drumstick in sour cream marinade

Ingredients:

Shin chicken — 1300 g
Sour Cream — 1 glass
Lemon — 1 pc
Garlic — 4 cloves
Parsley — to taste
Oregano dried — 0.5 tbsp. Spoons
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. Spoons
Ground pepper — to taste
Salt — 0,5 tsp. Or to taste

Preparation Chicken drumstick in sour cream marinade:

1. Preparation of sour marinade begins with a lemon. Rinse it thoroughly under running water, wipe it with a kitchen towel, arm with a grater with small holes or special for citrus and rub zest into any convenient dish. Then lay the lemon on a cutting board, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. For our recipe, 1 tablespoon is enough.

2. Parsley wash under running water, shake off the sink, transfer to a cutting board and finely shred with a sharp knife.

3. Garlic is peeled off the husk and shredded on a cutting board in small pieces of arbitrary shape.

4. In a bowl, spread sour cream, oregano, lemon juice with zest, garlic, vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper. We mix everything up to homogeneity.

5. Now pour the parsley and stir again with a tablespoon. All marinade is ready!

6. Let’s go to the meat. Chicken shin is thoroughly washed under cold running water, wiped with paper kitchen towels or napkins and, if necessary, cuts the skin.

7. In a plastic bag with a lock or a normal plastic bag, shift the chicken drumsticks and gently, helping yourself with a tablespoon, pouring the marinade. Then close the lock or just tightly tighten the bag and mix the contents several times so that the marinade evenly covers all the chicken drumsticks.

8. After that we remove the package with chicken in the fridge for picking up for 30 minutes.

9. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, we take out a bag of chicken from the refrigerator and spread the shins into a baking dish.

10. After the oven has warmed up, install the pan and bake the meat until ready for about 45 — 60 minutes. During this time the chicken should be completely baked and covered with a beautiful ruddy crust.

11. Aromatic chicken drumsticks are taken from the oven, laid out on plates and served hot. An excellent side dish will serve as mashed potatoes, pasta of any shape, boiled cereals, for example, rice buckwheat or couscous, as well as any vegetable salad. Everything, our delicious chicken is ready!

Advice:

— In the marinade you can add a little French mustard to taste or grated ginger.
— In this marinade you can cook not only chicken drumsticks, but also other parts of the bird.
— Garlic can be crushed with a special garlic press.
— The chicken can be baked in the oven on grill mode.
