Chicken breasts — 600 grams,
Eggs — 3 pcs.,
Flour — 2 tbsp. With the top,
Lemon juice — 1 tablespoon,

Grated cheese — 50 g. (For an amateur).

Preparation Chicken fillet in batter:

1. Cut the slices into small portions, rub them with a small amount of salt and seasoning «curry».

2. Then cook the dessert — break into a spacious bowl 3 eggs, salt, pepper, add parsley, lemon juice, mix everything. Carefully insert flour so that there are no lumps. Put the pieces of chicken in ready-made dough and let stand for 30-40 minutes.

3. Spread in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil preferably so that the pieces do not touch each other.

4. Fry on the one hand — about 10 minutes before crusting, on the other — about 5 minutes, avoiding drying. Fast and tasty))).
