Chicken fillet — 1 kg
Cream fat — 1 cup
Mustard — 1 tsp.
Garlic — 3 cloves
Thyme — 4 sprigs
Cheese hard — 100 g
Vegetable oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


1. Cooking time: 40 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Salt well and pepper the fillet from two sides.
3. Heat the frying pan and fry the fillet from two sides to a confident ruddy crust.
4. In the cream, squeeze out the garlic, add mustard and thyme leaves, sprinkle a little and pepper, mix well.
5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
6. Transfer the roasted fillets to a baking dish.
7. Fill the fillet with a creamy sauce.
8. Sprinkle cheese on top and put into the oven for 20-25 minutes. Here the main thing is not to over-file the fillet, so that it remains juicy.
9. The fillet is ready. Serve immediately while hot!
