Chicken hearts in cheese sauce

Chicken hearts — 500 gr
Mushrooms — 200 gr (I have champignons)
Onions — 1 pc
For sauce;
Cheese — 50 gr
Mustard — 1 teaspoon
Cream low-fat — 0,5 cups
Salt and pepper — to taste

Vegetable oil — for frying
Onions cut into half rings, fry

Hearts thoroughly wash, cut off all veins
Add them to the onion along with the chopped mushrooms, fry until done
Following the cream and mustard, weighed 10 minutes

Add grated cheese, like cheese will melt to remove from heat
Serve with your favorite garnish
