Chicken in a milk and garlic sauce

Chicken in a milk and garlic sauce is a dish that is prepared quickly and easily. Soft chicken and tender sauce is very harmonious, and garlic will add spice.

Ingredients:

Chicken meat without bones (fillets or thighs) 250 g.
Onion large one pcs.
Milk 400 ml.
Garlic 4 teeth
Flour 3 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat into small slices
2. Cut the onions into half rings
3. For sauce mix the milk, 1.5 tsp. Flour and minced garlic
4.Salt, pepper
5. Grill the fish until lightly golden, add the meat. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring. Salt and pepper.
6. Then sprinkle the remaining flour, stir, fry a couple of minutes
7. Fill with milk mixture, mix
8. Stuff for 5 minutes under the lid, stirring all the time
9.In the end sprinkle with herbs
