Chicken in orange sauce

A very fragrant orange chicken, juicy, with a crispy crust.


chicken-1.5 kg
orange-1 pc.
soy sauce-8 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold)
black pepper powder


1. Cut the chicken on the back — so in the meat of the breast will be more juice.

2. From the orange squeeze out the juice, mix it with soy sauce, add black pepper, a little salt (the sauce is already salty), mix marinade.

3. This marinade rubs the chicken and leave it to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

4. Form for baking a little grease with vegetable oil, spread the chicken so that it was the skin up.

5. Put the chicken in a preheated oven for 170 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes, periodically pouring the flowing juice.
