Chicken in Roman style

You will need:

— 1 whole chicken
— 300 g of smoked sausages
— 0.5 liters of tomato juice
— 200 g of white dry wine
— 4-5 cloves of garlic


1. Fry sausages on vegetable oil, and put them into a saucepan for extinguishing. In the same oil fry chopped into portions and slightly salted chicken until golden brown. We put it in saucepan to sausages.

2. Fill with wine and let it go out for 10 minutes. Add the tomato juice, add salt if necessary and stew for another 40 minutes.

3. Cut the garlic into small cubes or squeeze it out on the garlic and add it at the very end. Immediately turn off the fire.

Note. In tomato sauce, for thickening, you can add 1 tablespoon of flour. Also, if desired, you can add onions to the dish.
