Chicken in wine with olives and young potatoes


Three chicken quarters
three large or six medium potatoes
one head of garlic
half a glass of olives
two or three branches of thyme
1 glass of white wine
1 tbsp. spoonful of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. spoons of honey
salt pepper


1. In a well-heated saucepan, fry the chicken.
2. We drag out, and in its place we send potatoes and garlic.
3. We return the chicken to the saucepan, there we put olives, thyme, salt, pepper.
4.In a separate bowl we mix wine, balsamic vinegar and honey
5. Add to the chicken, bring to a boil, reduce the fire and leave it to languish another hour.
