Chicken in yogurt

The products are minimal, but the taste is just amazing!

Ingredients:

1 chicken
0,5-0,75 l of kefir
salt, seasonings for chicken

Preparation:

Chicken washed, chopped into portions. Then sprinkle with salt and generously seasoning for the chicken.

Pieces of chicken in a container for pickling and pour kefir, so that it completely covered the chicken. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Then move the chicken into a refractory shape along with the marinade and bake at 180 * C for about an hour before a crispy crust.
